OUR SHIPPING POLICIES
We process orders for shipping Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders will begin processing the next business day pending merchandise availability and credit card authorization. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of our merchandise and credit card authorization.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES
Items being shipped to Puerto Rico will have IVU tax added at the final stage of checkout.

All domestic packages are shipped via USPS. We offer Flat Rate First Class and Priority Shipping Options for delivery within the United States. 

Please allow 1 - 2 business days after placing your order for processing.


Within the United States (outside of Puerto Rico):

FREE Standard Service (5 to 7 business days) for orders over $125 in merchandise subtotals

USPS Ground Advantage - $7.00

USPS Priority Mail - $12.00

Within Puerto Rico:

FREE Standard Service (5 to 7 business days) for orders over $30 in merchandise subtotals

USPS Ground Advantage - $5.00

USPS Priority Mail - $10.00

Priority Mail includes a shipping insurance of up to $200 of coverage at no extra cost. If you would like additional coverage, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

You can quickly and easily track the progress of your shipped order via USPS by clicking on the tracking number link in you shipping confirmation email to view your item's tracking page on the USPS website. If clicking on the number doesn't work automatically, visit www.usps.com and enter your number to track your order shipment.

LIABILITY
We are liable for the purchasing of the label and arranging courrier/Postal Service pickup. Once your package has been successfully handed over to the courrier/Postal Service, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or undelivered goods.
If a package is returned due to Insufficient or undeliverable address, your order will be refunded minus any shipping fees.
