THE OFFICIAL RULES FOR EUROMODA’S GOLF BAG GIVEAWAY

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE.

2. DRAW PERIOD. This sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on November
1st, 2024, and ends on November 30th, 2024 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

3. PROMOTER. This Giveaway is promoted by Euromoda, whose contact information

4. ELIGIBILITY. Individuals who meet all the following criteria are eligible to
participate in the Sweepstakes:

(a) Be a legal resident of Puerto Rico.
(b) Be of legal age (be eighteen (18) years old or older);
(c) Be a customer of Euromoda or Euromoda Sport; and
(d) Fill out official entry on https://euromodapr.com/pages/giveaway

5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE. Multiple ways to enter. All entries must be Fill out the

(a) In-store or Online Purchase of $150 or more purchased during the Sweepstakes
Period at any of the following:

              (1) Euromoda – 176 FD Roosevelt Ave, Hato Rey
              (2) Euromoda Sport – Plaza Las Americas
              (3) Euromoda Sport Outlet – Puerto Rico Premium Outlets, Barceloneta
              (4) Euromoda Sport – Mayaguez Mall
              (5) Euromoda Online – Euromodapr.com

Each In-store or Online Purchase can only be entered once in the Sweepstakes period.
Participant may enter multiple eligible purchases during this period.

(b) Social Media Complete all of the following
              (1) Follow our Facebook and Instagram pages
              (2) Like the official giveaway post, and
              (3) Leave a comment tagging three (3) friends on the official giveaway post.
              (4) Share our post in your stories and tag us.
              (5) Fill out official entry form above.

6. SELECTION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS AND ALTERNATES. One (1) potential winner and one
(1) alternate potential winner will be selected from the total entries,
randomly and at random, through a digital raffle to be held on December 4th,
2024.

7. PRIZE. One (1) Psycho Bunny Golf Caddy Bag valued at $498

The Prize is not transferable and cannot be substituted in whole or in part by
the winner nor can it be exchanged for cash. Winners will be entirely
responsible for any applicable federal, state and / or local taxes related to
the acceptance and receipt of their respective Prize, as well as any other
related costs.

8. NOTIFICATION TO POTENTIAL WINNERS AND ALTERNATES. Each potential winner will
be notified at the email address registered in their entry form on December 5th,
2024. The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of
notification to claim the Prize (the “Term”). If the potential winner does not
respond within the Term, it will be understood that they have waived the Prize
and an alternate potential winner will be notified (in the same way as a
potential winner), who will have the same Term to respond.

9. DELIVERY OF PRIZES.
Winner will be responsible of coordinating date they will pick up Prize at
Euromoda Flagship location (176 FD Roosevelt Ave, San Juan, PR 00918)

Prior to receipt of the Prize, the winners must:
(a) Come prepared for Euromoda to take a picture of the winner with the prize.

10. DISQUALIFICATIONS. Euromoda reserves the right to evaluate each participant
to determine their eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes and their
compliance with these Rules and any applicable requirements. Euromoda may
disqualify any participant (including the winners), at any time, for failing to
comply with these Rules and any applicable requirement. Any attempt to violate
any of these Rules or to provide false information will be processed in
accordance with current laws.

11. CONSENT TO USE OF IMAGE. By accepting the Prize, the winners consent and
grant Euromoda the irrevocable right to use their image (including their name,
photograph, attribute or any representation of your person) for any purpose
related to the Sweepstakes (including advertising purposes), through any means,
anywhere in the world and for an unlimited time, without notice, consent or
compensation.

12. MARKETING. By entering this Sweepstakes, you consent to recieve marketing emails from Euromoda.

13. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. By entering this Sweepstakes, participants agree that
Euromoda will not be responsible for any claim, liability, loss, damage
(including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense
(including attorneys’ fees), direct or indirect, arising out of or in
connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or
misuse of any Prize. Any obligation of Euromoda will cease and will be fully
satisfied when the Prize is delivered.

14. META. The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or
associated with Meta (Facebook or Instagram). Participants release Meta from
any responsibility related to the Sweepstakes.

15. APPLICABLE LAWS. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and
regulations of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States of America
(“Applicable Laws”). Euromoda reserves the right to suspend or cancel the
Sweepstakes; or modify these Rules, their terms and conditions or the Prize
announced in accordance with Applicable Laws.

16. ACCEPTANCE; RULES. Participating in the Sweepstakes will constitute full
acceptance of these Rules and the decisions of Euromoda, which will be final
